Worked with Envision Media to design and deploy Digital Signage, kiosk demos, and booth videos at Cisco Sales conference. Also collaborated with Ariago Design to create Cisco content and internal presentations.

Sammy Hagar, Korg Keyboards, Marshall Amps
Worked in conjunction with Chime’s original footage and provided post-production, broadcast design, animation, and video editing services on various projects, including product demo videos from NAMM (The music, sound, and event industry's trade association) and webisodes with Sammy Hagar and other celebrities, promoting his products such as: Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, and Santos mezcal tequila. Worked on animating video wall loops and other eye candy for Hagar’s Bar & Grill in Maui, using After Effects and Photoshop.

Tracking Fitness via Wearable Technology Application
New Yu was entering the social fitness space and needed a solution that would compete with Nike Run. They wanted a plan to build and design templates for both a desktop application dashboard as well as mobile web application. I helped design the UI/UX and visual look and feel of the experience as well as collaborated with the EM Marketing team, and managed my own UX user researcher, web programmer, and another graphic designer to hep meet the timeline and budget.

HotJobs! HR videos, digital signage and animation
Directed and designed multimedia content for SHRM, the annual Society for Human Resource Management event in Chicago. Designed video loops, filmed and produced case study videos and interviews, presentation demos and digital signage for the booth at the trade show, as well as an HD-DVD Blue Ray loop to broadcast on a multi video wall at the annual party in the House of Blues.

Stryker Web Application & Microsite
Built a minilap surgical tools product website with videos, as well as a new digital medical grants eduction web application. Within 4 weeks, we gathered workflow and product requirements from the existing grant administrative staff, completed clickable prototypes, and created UI specs for the engineering team for a complex workflow with multiple roles. 4 weeks later, we completed all designs and fully implemented all engineering and started testing on alpha servers.

Getting Small Business Online and HR Recruiting Video
Google's internal team in Mountain View, CA, needed help establishing a creative solution for the new Getting Small Business Online campaign. The team had an aggressive deadline and Steve immediately stepped up to the challenge and was Art Director and senior designer on the team, managing 3 other designers and coming up with half a dozen various concepts and website solutions for the project. Additional projects included editing an HR recruiting video from various content pieces shot in offices at locations all over the world and in different video formats, color correction and consistency was a large part of the project.

Designing Network Management Tools & Software
Errigal is an Enterprise Software Company specializing in network operations automation and management. Steve was hired to build a team of a user experience designer and front end developer to help his designs come to life. We built a UI admin web dashboard for Errigal’s platform that can automatically discover networks and manages them to advise of problems well in advance and ensure that problems are identified, tracked and fixed according to the customer business operations and service level agreements.

Making Online Adventure Bookings Easier
This 4-person startup had an alpha version of a web and mobile web site that customers were using to book customers for their adventure sport and travel offerings. The team suspected usability problems but weren’t sure what to do with their limited time and budget. Steve designed and delivered clickable wireframes of all screens and states, as well as final design mockup, comps and CSS styles guides for marketing and web..

Mobile App Demo and Product Video
Linqto enables direct video, audio and text communication between bank employees and customers. Customers receive face-to-face, personalized assistance with the convenience of online or mobile banking. Steve directed, filmed, and cut a 2 minute spot to showcase Linqto's success. We scouted various locations for the client, as well a casted and hired 2 actors, and worked with props to create the bank scene. After Effects and sound filtering FX where applied to finish.

Comedy Central Video Greetings Cards for All Occasions
A start-up in Santa Monica, CA called Video Greetings, was a licensing company who hired me to provide A-Z post-production film editing and streaming media services for their interactive comedy greeting cards. Most of the content I cut resulted in short digestible 15 second edits from Comedy Central’s The Man Show hosted by Adam Carolla and Jimmy Kimmel, and also America’s Funniest Home Videos. After editing close to 1,000+ video clips, they were rendered out in my studio in multiple streaming formats for the clients new web application.

Building Community through Knowledge & Gamification
Shared Values, is a website focused on helping users find the best shopping values on products, by seeking advice from an active community. Users love to share their expertise with everyone, save money, and brag about it to others. Steve and his team worked with CEO and CTO to help design solutions, wireframes and a strategy for visual and interaction design. After The first round of creative for the end-users in the community, we designed a user-profile dashboard system, as well as style guides and specifications for engineers to develop.
